Further to FSAI food alert 2018.39, the FSAI has been notified that Dr Zak’s is recalling an additional batch (18163BN2A) of its barn farmed liquid egg white due to the detection of Salmonella. Dr Zak’s is also recalling two further batches as a precautionary measure. Point-of-sale recall notices will be displayed in stores that sold the implicated batches.
