Summary:
Category 1 Food Alert for Action: Recall of three additional Miss Fit products due to misleading unauthorised health claims and other labelling breaches.
Message:
In addition to the products implicated in Food Alert 2019.04, all batches of the above three Miss Fit products are being recalled due to incorrect, misleading and ambiguous labelling. Amongst the labelling breaches are health claims which are not authorised and are therefore misleading to the consumer.

EHOs are requested as part of their routine checks to verify that the above products are recalled from sale. Please notify FSAI (foodincidents@fsai.ie) of any concerns.
Manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors, caterers & retailers:
Food wholesalers and distributors are requested to withdraw the listed products from the market. Retailers are requested to remove the products from sale and inform their customers.
